Hello , how have you been , I hope all is well. Well there is a lot to be said for accountability, telling the details of your weight loss victory or defeat , is a part of my accountability with this web page.
I have failed miserably in my weight loss journey. I have gained weight instead of losing . And until a couple of days ago, I just could not put my hands on why , I seemed to be really packing on the pounds.
I started a couple of months ago , walking on the treadmill exclusively and putting aside walking. If you have followed my movement journey , you know I was walking an hour a day.
I finally realized that with the calories that I consume and the 1 hour walk I was maintaining my weight.
When I started walking on the treadmill I would count to maybe 50 sometimes 70. The entire duration of the treadmill walking would last maybe a minute.
It didnt dawn on me until a few days ago , that I have been basically burning no calories in contrast to the calories that I consume.
So after the endless failures with weight loss, I have decided to go back to what works for me , and the hour walking , and nutritional eating works better for me.
Tomorrow will be the first day that I start back walking for as long as I can go. I am sure I cant walk an hour now , but I will start slow and move forward.
